ONE WAREHOUSE, WITH several ADVANTAGES

Vitruvius Microcement is laid in a slightly thicker layer of 2 mm instead of several layers with drying times in between. In addition to saving time and money, the flammability becomes more natural as it develops more from the material than from the laying tool.

You can put Vitruvius in one layer because the ballast is so carefully proportioned that the material does not shrink.
This is also why you don't need reinforcement.

NO VARNISH?

For Dbc microcement there are several different surface treatments to choose from - depending on the type of surface to be made, it is the stain protection that distinguishes our different kits.

LINESEED SOAP –used for floors, both as protection and as a cleaning product
LINESEED WAX –for furniture, worktops, splash guards and if placed outdoors
MICROCEMENT OIL-two oils in one, one that penetrates deep and one that settles on the surface, both to protect the surface.
TREND –Swan-labelled maintenance wax for public surfaces or when cleaning mechanically.

There are also other surface treatments that we can use to meet your needs and cleaning routines, for example a hair salon that needs antistatic polish or a treatment room that needs to correspond to a clinical environment, we solve it.

ONLY 2 MM IN THICKNESS & 1 LAYER IS ENOUGH

Dbc Microcement is only 2 mm thick, which means that it is just as suitable for renovations as it is for new production.
As Dbc is completely shrink-free, there is no risk of cracks. That allows you to install directly onto, for instance, thresholds or baseboards. Or choose to omit baseboards altogether.

Since you only need to install one layer, you can put more effort into details to get it as nice as you want it. If you hire a paver, the advantage is obvious both in terms of economy and finish.

WHERE CAN YOU GET MICROCEMENT?

MARCUS POOLIO VITRUVIUS

The name is taken from Marcus Poolio VITRUIVUS (before SEK 16) who wrote 10 books on architecture where it says a lot about how materials and buildings should be adapted to people.

The powder part of our microcement is largely inspired by his lyrics!

PROVEN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

Environmentally friendly and harmless products are close to our hearts. SUNDA HUS assesses construction products and classifies them according to environmental impact. They gave Vitruvius a grade of B, which is the highest a cement-based product can get.

We are the only ones in Sweden on this!
